End 2008, Mistral Home and DAA (Designers Against Aids) joined forces against HIV/AIDS and developed a unique quilt cover collection.  Various artists contributed to the project and sent in their own exclusive quilt cover designs.  Mistral Home provided technical support and knowhow.

As of mid September, the exclusive quilt cover collection, designed by Kate Ryan, Vive la fête and Shape Squad will be available at Makro Belgium.

With this project Mistral Home wants to do more than just draw attention to the global HIV/AIDS issue.  Mistral Home has decided to donate 4 €  per piece to DAA to support their international HIV/AIDS-prevention projects.  The ‘International HIV/AIDS Awareness Education Center’ in Antwerp (Belgium) is  one of the projects that was started up by DAA lately.
